  • Wine varieties: Sangiovese.
  • Average yield per hectare: 10/11 tones of grapes.
  • Organoleptic characteristics: Bright ruby red colour. Intense and fruity with notes of red cherry and sour cherry. The palate is harmonious, pleasant, persistent and easy to drink.
  • Vinification: Selection of grapes, long maceration, deléstage and soft pressing.
  • Serving suggestions: Thanks to the delicate nature of its tannins, this wine can be drunk with any meal.
  • Serving temperature: We recommend serving at 14/16°.
