GRAPE VARIETY:: Chardonnay 100%.
ORIGIN: Pramaggiore, our own vineyards.
SOIL TYPE: Medium texture, clayey.
VINIFICATION: The grapes are harvested manually during the first ten days of September and then undergo brief pre-fermentative maceration at controlled temperature. The resulting must is transferred to steel vats where fermentation is completed over 10 days at a controlled temperature of 18-20 °C on carefully selected yeasts. The wine is then placed in 700 litre French oak barrels to mature until bottling. It then stands in the bottle for three months.
COLOR: Dull straw colour with greenish highlights.
SCENT: The scent is harmonious and clean, featuring a broad, mellow bouquet that embraces delicate acacia blossoms and exotic fruit.
FLAVOUR: The flavour is elegant and well-balanced, combining delicate sapidity with a pleasant almond aftertaste.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: White wine with unique finesse and balance. Ideal with fish entrees, cold cuts and dairy cheese, it also goes well with thehighly flavoured fish dishes typical of the Veneto region.
